Requesting Code Review

Core rule
Review early and often, and never skip review because a change seems simple.
Execution Phases
Phase 01Get the git SHAs
Use git rev-parse or git merge-base to find the base and head commits of the range to review.
Phase 02Fill the reviewer template
Fill the code-reviewer.md template with a summary of what was built, the plan or requirements, and the two SHAs.
Phase 03Dispatch the reviewer
Dispatch a general-purpose subagent with only the crafted context, never the session history; the review is read-only on the checkout.
Phase 04Act on feedback
Fix Critical issues immediately and Important ones before proceeding, note Minor ones, and push back with technical reasoning if the reviewer is wrong.
