Core rule

Every finding carries an exact line and a concrete fix; security findings and architectural disagreements get full rationale.

Execution Phases

  1. Phase 01Locate

    Mark location as L<line> or <file>:L<line>, with symbol names in backticks.

  2. Phase 02Tag severity

    Prefix with bug, risk, nit or q when mixed; if unsure, ask with q instead of hedging.

  3. Phase 03Give the fix

    State a concrete fix and add the why when it is not obvious.

  4. Phase 04Expand when needed

    Switch to full paragraphs for security findings, architectural disagreements and onboarding, then resume terse.
