Core rule
Run typechecking and single test files regularly, and the full test suite once at the end.
Execution Phases
Phase 01Fetch the ticket
If given a ticket reference, fetch it from the issue tracker and state its title; ask if the reference is ambiguous.
Phase 02Implement with TDD
Implement the described work, calling the tdd skill at pre-agreed seams where possible.
Phase 03Typecheck and test
Typecheck and run single test files regularly, then the full suite at the end.
Phase 04Review and commit
Call the code-review skill on the work, then commit to the current branch.
