Core rule
Review terraform plan before any apply; the deployment tool writes manifests and prints commands but never applies them itself.
Execution Phases
Phase 01Generate the pipeline
pipeline_generator.py scaffolds build, test and deploy stages for GitHub Actions or CircleCI.
Phase 02Scaffold infrastructure
terraform_scaffolder.py generates AWS, GCP or Azure modules and runs validate and plan.
Phase 03Prepare the deployment
deployment_manager.py writes blue/green or rolling manifests with health-check gates before traffic switches.
Phase 04Plan rollback
Generate a rollback runbook for each release so you can revert to a named version quickly.
