Core rule

Analyze the project's actual structure and dependencies with the scripts before recommending an architecture.

Execution Phases

  1. Phase 01Assess the project

    project_architect.py detects architectural patterns, code smells and improvement opportunities.

  2. Phase 02Analyze dependencies

    dependency_analyzer.py checks the dependency tree, circular dependencies and outdated packages, with JSON output for CI.

  3. Phase 03Decide

    Compare options against the architecture-pattern and tech-decision guides and record trade-offs in an ADR.

  4. Phase 04Draw the diagram

    architecture_diagram_generator.py outputs Mermaid, PlantUML or ASCII diagrams.
