## 核心规则

每条问题都必须给出具体情形，说明什么输入会导致什么错误结果；没有具体情形就不算问题。

## 执行阶段

1. **先理解改动** — 阅读 diff 以及调用方、被调用函数、测试和 README，追踪数据流，并从仓库中判断预期负载。
2. **逐项查找问题** — 依次检查 bug、安全与数据丢失风险、规模问题、缺失测试、速度和可删减的代码。
3. **报告前核实** — 重读相关代码确认问题成立，给出最小可行修复，优先删代码，不写风格偏好或模糊担忧。
4. **用浅白语言输出** — 先说明改动做了什么，再按必须修、应该修、可选分组编号列出问题，最后给出结论。
