## 핵심 규칙

terraform plan으로 차이를 검토한 뒤 apply하며, 배포 도구는 매니페스트와 명령만 생성하고 클러스터에 직접 적용하지 않습니다.

## 실행 단계

1. **파이프라인 생성** — pipeline_generator.py로 GitHub Actions나 CircleCI용 빌드·테스트·배포 단계를 생성합니다.
2. **인프라 작성** — terraform_scaffolder.py로 AWS/GCP/Azure 모듈을 만들고 validate와 plan을 실행합니다.
3. **배포 준비** — deployment_manager.py로 블루그린·롤링 매니페스트를 만들고 트래픽 전환 전에 헬스 체크 관문을 둡니다.
4. **롤백 절차** — 릴리스마다 롤백 런북을 만들어 버전을 지정해 빠르게 되돌릴 수 있게 합니다.
