## 핵심 규칙

사용자, 매출, SLA 영향으로 심각도를 정하고 등급별로 소통 주기를 고정합니다.

## 실행 단계

1. **심각도 분류** — incident_classifier.py로 영향과 긴급도에 따라 SEV1~SEV4를 나누고 대응 요건을 정합니다.
2. **지휘와 소통** — 커맨더가 대응을 총괄하고 템플릿과 등급별 주기에 따라 내부·경영진·고객에게 알립니다.
3. **타임라인 재구성** — timeline_reconstructor.py로 흩어진 로그와 이벤트를 일관된 경과로 정리합니다.
4. **사후 리뷰** — pir_generator.py로 여러 근본 원인 분석 틀에 따라 리뷰 초안을 쓰고 런북으로 남깁니다.
