## 핵심 규칙

빌드는 한 번만 하고, 같은 아티팩트를 모든 환경으로 승격합니다.

## 실행 단계

1. **조건 수집** — 애플리케이션 유형, 배포 대상, 환경 구성, 롤백 요건, 게이트 제약, 모니터링 스택을 파악합니다.
2. **단계와 게이트** — 빌드, 테스트·보안 검사, 스테이징, 승인, 운영, 검증 순으로 배치하고 빠른 검사를 앞에 두며 수동 또는 지표 게이트를 둡니다.
3. **배포 전략 선택** — 롤링, 블루그린, 카나리(Argo Rollouts 등), 기능 플래그 중에서 고르고 주석이 달린 설정을 제시합니다.
4. **헬스 체크·롤백** — 실제 의존성을 확인하는 깊은 준비 상태 검사와 배포 후 스모크 스크립트를 쓰고, 상태나 지표가 실패하면 자동 롤백합니다.
