## Core rule

Fresh subagent per task, plus a task review for spec and quality, plus a broad final review.

## Execution Phases

1. **Set up** — Work in an isolated worktree, create or resume the plan's ledger, read the plan and spec, and run the preflight conflict scan.
2. **Dispatch implementer** — Record BASE, write the task brief file, pick the model explicitly by task complexity, and dispatch one implementer at a time to implement, test and commit.
3. **Review the task** — Hand the reviewer a review package with the commit list and full diff; both a spec-compliance and a quality verdict are required.
4. **Fix and record** — On findings, run fix-loop rounds with scoped re-reviews, parking with a ruling at the cap; then log the completion in the ledger and move on.
5. **Final review** — Review the whole branch on the most capable model with one fix wave, report every ruling, delete the plan's workspace, then use finishing-a-development-branch.
