## Core rule

Stop at Gate 1 for plan approval and at Gate 2 before committing.

## Execution Phases

1. **Classify size** — Classify size first via the shared orch-pipeline engine; small features collapse to implement, review, commit.
2. **Research and plan** — At standard size, research existing options and produce a task list, then wait for plan approval at Gate 1.
3. **TDD implementation** — Write new failing tests for the new behavior, then implement to green.
4. **Review** — Run code review, adding security-reviewer when the feature touches a security trigger.
5. **Gated commit** — Commit only after the user confirms at Gate 2.

## Permissions (summarised from SKILL.md)

| Capability | Needed | Details |
|---|---|---|
| File writes | Required | Writes tests and implementation code for the new feature. |
| Command execution | Required | Runs tests and commits after confirmation at Gate 2. |
| Network outbound | Not required | The skill's files do not state any network access. |
