- Install command: `npx skills add garrytan/gstack --skill autoplan`
- License: MIT
- Compatible with: Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Copilot
- Permissions: read-repo ✓, write-files ✓, shell ✓, network ✓
- Status: Scan passed
- A rule scan cannot catch every risk. Read this skill's SKILL.md and check its permissions before installing.
- ⚠ Registers PreToolUse hooks, logs telemetry, and may send the plan to the Codex CLI for outside review.

## Core rule

Auto-decide replaces the user's answer, not the analysis, and User Challenges that would change the user's stated direction are never auto-decided.

## Execution Phases

1. **Intake and restore point** — Back up the source plan, initialise the active plan, read CLAUDE.md, TODOS.md, git history and design docs, and detect UI and DX scope.
2. **Outside reviewer preflight** — Check whether the Codex CLI is installed and authenticated; the Claude adversarial pass runs either way and coverage is recorded.
3. **Run reviews in order** — Run CEO, then Design (if UI), then DX (if developer-facing), then Eng last, logging every auto-decision in the Decision Audit Trail.
4. **Final approval gate** — Verify each phase's required outputs, then present a one-page brief of taste decisions and User Challenges for the user to approve, override, revise or reject.
5. **Write review logs** — On approval, log each completed review for /ship's dashboard, show a phase coverage table and suggest /ship when ready.

## Permissions (summarised from SKILL.md)

| Capability | Needed | Details |
|---|---|---|
| File writes | Limited | Writes the plan file, review artifacts under .gstack/tmp/autoplan/, and gstack log and telemetry directories. |
| Command execution | Required | allowed-tools includes Bash, used for git, gh/glab, bun, gstack helper scripts and the Codex CLI. |
| Network outbound | Required | allowed-tools includes WebSearch, and the Codex CLI may be called for outside review. |
